Terms of Service
By using Apparel Registry, scanning a registered item, claiming an item, viewing a Digital Purchase Certificate, or submitting information through the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Registry purpose
Apparel Registry provides digital product records for apparel and related merchandise. These records may include Digital Purchase Certificates, ownership status, edition information, serial numbers, production details, authenticity indicators, and public verification pages.
2. Public verification records
Some registry information is intended to be public so that products can be verified. Public item pages may show product name, brand, edition, serial number, certificate status, production stamp, ownership status, profile owner, linked profile name, public social links, purchase metadata, and item history.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for submitting accurate information, keeping account access secure, and not claiming items they do not own. Attempting to fake ownership, manipulate certificate records, copy registry identifiers, abuse NFC/QR access, or misrepresent a product may result in removal of access or cancellation of a claim.
4. No guarantee of resale value
Apparel Registry may help verify authenticity and ownership history, but it does not guarantee resale value, future market demand, investment return, collectibility, or continued availability of any product.
5. Changes to the service
Apparel Registry may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including certificate fields, claim tools, public lookup features, profile connections, EXP/game stats, and verification methods.
Privacy + Data Use

Data may be processed through service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, email, payment, analytics, anti-abuse, and production/fulfillment systems. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
Delete My Data
